Fujitsu FCRAMs feature burst mode functionality

Fujitsu Ltd has released a pair of mobile FCRAMs that feature burst mode R/W functionality in compliance with the requirements outlined by the Common Specifications for Mobile RAM.

Burst mode allows increased performance improvements, enabling the transfer of high data applications such as video data streaming and multimedia services in mobile phones.

The MB82DB2S02163C 32Mb and MBMB82DB2S04163B 64Mb memory devices feature a x16 configuration and exhibit an initial access time of 70ns and a page access time of 20ns. They also offer a maximum clock access time of 12ns at burst mode. The 32Mb device has a standby current of 80?A, while the 64Mb device requires 120?A. Both have a power down current of 10?A.
