Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDT) has released its SuperJET family of J1/E1/T1 transceivers, as well as a monolithic octal density device that is said to address next-generation universal line-card designs in communications applications.

The transceivers have configuration flexibility, offer high jitter performance and signaling, and utilize a common architecture, feature set, and register map. The family of SuperJET devices can also be combined with existing TSI switches and WAN PLL devices from IDT to provide a complete line-card solution.

Octal SuperJet (256-pin PBGA) is priced at $62.03, Quad SuperJet (208-pin PBGA) at $37.22, Dual SuperJet (100-pin TQFP) at $23.32, and Single SuperJet (80pin TQFP) at $14.46.
