Fuqiang PCB Electronics passes latest tech appraisal

Fuqiang PCB Electronics Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Hong Kong Sinotronics, has passed the technology appraisal for its ultra-thin type multilayer PCBs, and metal-based multilayer PCBs, conducted by the Fujian government. Based from the result of the appraisal, both PCB types reached the advanced technology level in the domestic board industry. The metal-based PCB features 0.42cm in copper thickness.

Fuqiang PCB produces 4,000m? of ultra-thin multilayer PCBs and 3,000? metal-based multilayer PCBs. The PCBs are widely used in PCs, banking, and telecom systems.

Further, the company said it intends to put more effort into the R&D and manufacture of PCBs suitable for packaging substrate technologies, such as BGAs, CSPs, MCMs, blind/buried vias, inner via holes, and low-distortion, high-density PCBs.
