Renesas 16-bit MCU available in small-package

Renesas Technology has released three R8C/10 Group microcontrollers and three R8C/11 Group chips that are housed in a 32-pin LQFP package and has embedded flash memory.

The 10 and 11 Groups use 16MHz and 20MHz 16-bit microcontrollers, respectively, and each group has three chips with flash memory capacities varying from 8KB to 16KB. The E7 Emulator, a low-priced on-chip debugging emulator available with the series, enables users to have a program development environment at low costs.

Prices range from $2.54 to $3.40.
