Associated Opto-electronics (Chongqing) Corp. has released its GT101 series of silicon optoelectronic detectors that are suitable for visible and near-infrared light detection, distance detection, and optoelectronic change in auto-industrial control systems.

The detectors are available in 0.5(?), 1, 2, 4, and 6 types with dark currents of <1nA, <1.2nA, <2nA, <10nA, and 25nA, respectively. Spectral range is 0.4?m to 1.1?m, and peak wavelength is 0.950?m.

Operating between the -45C to 85C temperature range, the product features an operating voltage of -15V, and response times of <1ns (0.5 and 1), <5ns (2 and 4), or <15ns.
