Minmax dc-dc converters isolate to 1kVdc

The MBU100 series of miniature dc-dc voltage converters from Minmax Technology Co. Ltd feature 1kVdc I/O isolation with a percentage efficiency of 80 percent. The 1W products are available in 5V, 12V, and 24V versions in 4-pin SIPs.

The 5V and 12V input converters are offered in 11.5-by-6.1-by-10.2mm case size, and the 24V input converter is offered in 11.5-by-7.1-by-10.2mm case size, both in non-conductive black plastic case materials. Operation temperature range is -40°C to 75°C.
