Fujitsu low-power SoCs target mobile apps

Suitable for mobile devices, Fujitsu Ltd's CS101 series of system-on-chips (SoCs) employ the company's 90nm CMOS technology, and feature up to 100M gates, low power consumption, and one-tenth the leakage current of the CS91 series.

With the adoption of the SoC device, a cellphone could offer six consecutive hours of talk-time and up to 1,000h of standby time.
