With a measurement speed of 5?s per point, the R3770 and R3768 network analyzers from Advantest Corp. offer a two-fold improvement over previous company offerings, and are targeted for use in the development and production of the high-frequency electronic components in mobile communication networks and wireless LANs.

Designed to measure high-frequency electronic components such as the filters used in mobile communication basestations, the analyzers also provide a dynamic range of 125dB, and are built using the company's Wizard of Module Test (WMT) modular architecture that allows the instruments to include a maximum of four I/O ports.

With a frequency range of 300kHz to 20GHz, the R3770 is suitable for characterization of the high-frequency passive components used in wireless LANs and mobile communication basestations.

The R3768 has a frequency range of 300kHz to 8GHz, and is targeted for use in measuring cellphone filters and other RF components that operate up to 8GHz.
