Fujitsu launches 128Mb burst-mode mobile FCRAM

Fujitsu Ltd has began marketing its 128Mb burst-mode mobile FCRAM which complies with COSMORAM (Common Specifications for Mobile RAM), a burst-mode pseudo-SRAM standard set up by Toshiba, NEC Electronics, and Fujitsu Ltd.

Housed in a 71-pin FBGA, the chip features a burst-mode function for enabling a clock access time of 12ns, a random access time of 70ns, and a page access time of 20ns. It draws a maximum of 200?A in standby mode and 35mA in active mode.

The product is available for $16.67.
