HJE LCD module offers 60.6-by-44.6mm viewing area

Hebei Jiya Electronics (HJE) Co. Ltd has announced the availability of its HAG-12065 graphic TN/STN LCD module that features a transmissive polarizer. Measuring 78-by-70-by-9.3/15, the module has a 0.39-by-0.55mm dot size, and 60.6-by-44.6mm viewing area.

With 13.5V supply voltage, it has a 120 x 32 dot format and LED backlight. Operating temperature range is between -20°C to 70°C.
