Digitaltest releases ICT, flying probe solutions

Digitaltest GmbH has announced that it has developed two electronics manufacturing test and inspection solutions. The MTS888 ICT platform features what the company claims is the highest pin count on the smallest footprint system in its class, and the MTS500XL modular flying probe solution comes with increased test area and z-motion capabilities.

The MTS888 test system features up to 7.040 analog or 3.392 hybrid, non-multiplexed test pins, an automatic driver-monitoring, and 256k Pin memory. The MTS500XL modular flying prober has a 710-by-610mm test area, faster z-motion, and high-speed linear drive.
