China Circuit Tech PCB features 1mm thickness

China Circuit Technology (Shantou) Group has released its eight-layer High Density Interconnects (HDI) PCB. Suitable for use in telecom devices, cellphones, high-end PC systems, car and consumer electronic products, the HDI PCB has a thickness of 1mm.

With the company's new laser drilling technology, the PCB features a minimum blind via size of 0.075mm and drilling via size of 0.2mm. Featuring a minimum line width of 0.075mm, the product has a signal distortion of <5 percent.
