Z-Communications VCO with -86dBc/Hz spectral signal

The SMV5256A voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Z-Communications operates at a frequency range of 5.256GHz to 5.356GHz and tunes within 1Vdc to 4Vdc of control voltage. With a spectral signal of -86dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset, the oscillator offers a power flatness of ±2dB over frequency range.

For use primarily in the fixed wireless broadband industry, the VCO has minimized susceptibility to pushing (<4MHz/V) and pulling (5MHz). The device measures 0.08-by-0.08-by-0.20cm.
