Changyuan Electronic releases heat-shrinkable tubes

Shanghai Changyuan Electronic Material Co. Ltd has released its Changbao-102 heat-shrinkable tubes that are flame-retardant, and feature good resistance to common fluids and solvents. With high dielectric strength, the product is suitable for electrical insulation, strain relief, cable bonding, color-coding and identification of wires, cables, pipes, and electrical and electronic components.

Featuring a tension rating of 600V, the tubes have a shrink temperature range of 90°C to 120°C and operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Its radial shrinking ratio is 50 percent, longitudinal change is <5 percent, and tensile strength is >10.4MPa. After aging, the product's tensile strength is >7.28Mpa, and the ultimate elongation ratio is >100 percent. Dielectric strength is >15kV/mm, flammability is VW-1 and concentricity is >65.

The product is offered in packages measuring 400-by-400-by-320mm, 470-by-470-by-560mm, 500-by-500-by-330mm, 500-by-500-by-360mm, 500-by-500-by-380mm, 500-by-500-by-41mm, 500-by-500-by-430mm, 500-by-500-by-490mm, 500-by-500-by-530mm and 360-by-860-by-270mm.
