Koyo Electronics buzzers eye cellphones, PDAs

The AD-8054 series of SMD type of electromagnetic buzzers from Koyo Electronics Co. Ltd is designed to suit cellphones, PDAs and pagers with its compact and rich sound. Featuring a rated voltage of 3.6Vdc, the buzzer consumes 100mA of power and has a resonant frequency of 2730Hz±200 and coil resistance of 16 ohms ±3. The products also have a sound output distance of 20cm and supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5V.

Measuring 8.5-by-8.5-by-4mm, the AD-8504-CQ4-2-DS buzzer has a SPL of 97dB, while the AD-8504-CX4-2-DS features a SPL of 100dB.
