STMicroelectronics has introduced a low-power, adjustable shunt voltage reference with a 1.24V output. Designed for use in power supplies and battery chargers, portable equipment, computers, instrumentation and power management systems, the TS432's output can be adjusted up to 10V using an external resistor bridge.

The part is accurate to 1 percent, or to 0.5 percent for the TS432A variant. Its operating current can be as low as 60?A at 25C and ranges up to 12mA, while temperature coefficient is 100ppm/C.

Offered in a SOT23-3L package, the device operates between the industrial temperature range of -40C to 85C.
