Yangzhou Hong Yang Electronics Co. Ltd has released its bridge series of devices with GPRC/GPP CMOS designs. Suitable for use in power supplies, transducer home facilities and auto bikes, the product features high stability with peak reverse voltage range from 50Vp to 1,000Vp. In 50C temperature with half-wave resistive load, the maximum average rectified current is from 2A to 25A. At 10ms, the forward peak surge currents are rated at 50A for the GBJ2 series, 150A for the GBJ4 series, 170A for the GBJ6 series, 170A for the GBJ10 series and 200A for the GBJ25 series.

In 25C temperature, the maximum reverse current is 5Adc for all types and the maximum forward voltages are 2A for GBJ2, 4A for GBJ4, 6A for GBJ6, 5A for GBJ10, 7.5A for GBJ15 and 15A for GBJ25.

Operating temperature range is from 55C to 125C, while storage temperature is between -55C and 125C.

Lead-time is 7 to 10 days.
