SunWest provides PUC licensed telecommunications services to about 7,500 residential and commercial customers in the state of Colorado. This acquisition provides the company with an integral component in its business plan to offer a complete voice, video and data service package.

We believe we have a significant window of opportunity for undervalued acquisitions in this industry and will continue to grow by identifying, acquiring and expanding such operations. By continuing our strategy in greenfield and MDU (multiple dwelling unit) project development efforts and through cross-promoting, we will deploy our complete package of communications' solutions."
