King Core to boost common mode choke output

King Core Electronics Inc. has scheduled to increase its monthly capacity for common mode chokes to three million units next month and later expand to four million units by the end of this year.

Company Spokesperson Jonas Tsai, stated, "Demand for common mode chokes designed for USB 2.0 interface in notebook computers, desk-top PCs, digital still cameras and PDAs has been increasing since the second half of last year."

In addition, King Core will also boost its monthly capacity for ferrite tiles with an output of 70,000 units from 50,000 units during the second half of this year.
