Agilent Technologies Inc. has introduced the ACPF-7002 FBAR full band transmit filter that complements the company's ACMD-7401 FBAR duplexer.

The ACPF-7002 is the first full band transmit filter built with the Agilent's Microcap bonded-wafer chip scale packaging technology, which allows the ultra-small filter to be assembled in a molded-chip-on-board (MCOB) module that is <1mm high with a 1.6-by-2mm footprint.

Offered with a small size, the transmit filter features an insertion loss of 2.5dB over the 1,850MHz to 1,910MHz transmit band, a minimum attenuation of 33dB over the 1,930MHz to 1,990MHz receive band, and a receive chain with a lower third-order intercept point (less dynamic range).

Operating temperature range is from -30C to 85C.
