Crystek frequency offerings climb for LVPECL oscillators

Offered in clock and voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) configurations, a new line of 3.3V LVPECL oscillators from Crystek Crystals Corp. generates frequencies from 77MHz to 330MHz.

The LVPECL clocks (CCPD-033/034) and VCXOs (CVPD-034) use HFF Mesa crystals to produce low jitter (<0.5pS RMS; 12kHz to 20MHz) and low phase noise (-145dBc/Hz at 100kHz) with no PLL multiplication. The clock version features ±25ppm to ±100ppm stability. The extended operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Custom specifications are available.

The CCPD-033/034 and CVPD-034 products are provided in a standard 5-by-7mm SMD package and are available on 16mm tape and reel in quantities of 100, 500, and 1,000.

Pricing starts at $4.33 each in production volumes, depending on specification.
