Lee Ming TFT-LCD modules with 480-by-234-pixel resolution

Lee Ming Ind. Co. Ltd recently released its 2.5-inch LCD-256-LED graphics TFT-LCD modules with integrated driver board.

Supporting NTSC and PAL video systems, the displays feature an active area of 49.2-by-87.05mm and offer a resolution of 480-by-234 pixels. The products consume 1.35W (max.) and have a rated voltage of 5Vdc and current of 270mA. The 59.9-by-50.4-by-4.2mm LCD screen has a brightness of 250nits, and the integrated driver board measures 60-by-50.5-by-7mm.
