LSI Logic adapters power Lenovo server

LSI Logic Corp. has been chosen by Lenovo, a hi-tech enterprise in China, to be the primary supplier of Ultra320 SCSI RAID adapters. Lenovo will implement the complete family of LSI Logic's MegaRAID Ultra320 SCSI RAID adapters into its servers.

In addition to LSI Logic Ultra320 SCSI RAID adapters, Lenovo has implemented LSI Logics dual-channel 53C1030 and single-channel 53C1020 PCI-X to Ultra320 SCSI controller silicon for use in Lenovos servers.

LSI Logic's MegaRAID Ultra320 SCSI PCI and PCI-X adapters, range in configurations from zero-channel for 1U and 2U servers, single-channel for entry-level servers and performance workstations, dual channel for mid-range servers and four-channel for storage subsystems.
