Xicor Inc. announced the addition of a family of 4.096V references to its line of precision SOT-23 voltage reference products.

With a 500nA operating current, the X60003BIG3-41, X60003CIG3-41 and X60003DIG3-41 feature an absolute initial accuracy of as low as 1mV, temperature coefficient as low as 10ppm/C, and long-term stability of 10ppm/1,000h.

"By reducing the reference supply current requirements to a mere 500nA, the X60003-41 family provides designers with precision voltage reference choices that fulfill the most demanding power budgets in today's high-density, battery powered systems," said Marketing Manager Jules Farago.

"In addition to the obvious benefits of extremely low power consumption and SOT23 packaging, the X60003-41 rises above many industry standards with the added benefits of increased temperature stability (10ppm/C and 20ppm/C) and guaranteed initial accuracy (1-, 2.5- and 5mV)," Farago added.

The X60003BIG3-41, X60003CIG3-41 & X60003DIG3-41 are housed in 3-lead SOT-23 and are priced at $3.10, $1.45 and 95 cents, respectively, for 1,000-unit quantities.
