Software beefs up DDA digital sensor features

MTS Sensors is offering a free upgrade to its liquid level gauge set-up software that provides several enhanced features for DDA digital sensors. The new MG v2.08 set-up software upgrade provides new features for data logging and analysis via Excel documents and charts. Applications include logging of product and interface levels, as well as temperature and diagnostic functions.

For example, the software makes it easier to collect tank data for calibration, commissioning and monitoring a single or several tanks, said the company. How it works: The software allows the user to log data to a *.csv file which may be opened using standard applications. To log data from several tanks the software scans each tank and saves the data under the designated tank address such as tankfarm 1.csv and tankfarm 2.csv, MTS Sensors said.

The MG v2.08 software may be downloaded for free at the MTS Sensors website.
