MinMax dc/dc converters with 10W power rating

Measuring 31.75-by-20.32-by-10.16mm, the MIW5000 series of isolated dc/dc converters from MinMax Technology Co. Ltd feature a rated power of 10W and offer single outputs of 2.5-, 3.3-, 5- or 12V.

With a power density of 1.53mW/mm?, the new devices have an isolation voltage of 1.5kVdc and efficiency of 87 percent and includes overvoltage and short circuit protection. Complying with EN55022 Class A requirements, the dc/dc converters have an MTBF of 1 million hours.

The MIW5000 is priced at $18 per unit for volume orders. Lead time is 5 weeks ARO.
