NJR RF amp suits VHF/UHF transceivers

New Japan Radio Co. Ltd (NJR) has unveiled a low current, low voltage RF amplifier especially designed for VHF/UHF (low) transceivers.
According to the company, the NJM2275's center frequency is changed by external components. The narrow band device features an operating voltage between 1.8V and 6V, frequency of 400MHz and operating current of 0.8mA at 400MHz.
Utilizing the bipolar technology, the amplifier has an isolation of 26dB, and gain of 13dB at 400MHz and 30dB (voltage) at 400MHz. It is offered in a SOT-23-6 package outline. |
