Versatile pushbutton switches target a variety of apps

CIT Relay & Switch's new DL series of pushbutton switches feature a single-stage steel chassis with a choice of various ganged or interlocked multi-switch assemblies. Available in 2 to 16 poles per module in momentary or latching configurations, the new switch line also offers several terminal options and a variety of cap styles.

Electrical ratings for the DL switches include .5A at 125Vac, 1A at 25Vdc or .4VA at 20Vac. Silver or gold contact terminations are standard. Spring loaded contacts with gold termination are ideal for dry circuit applications, said the company. Key applications include audio selection circuits, computer and computer peripherals, telecommunications, security, test equipment, instrumentation and medical applications.

Pricing starts at 53 cents at 1,000 pieces, depending on contact arrangement. Typical delivery is five to six weeks.
