The S-93L76A from Seiko Instruments Inc. is a low voltage operating, 8Kb CMOS serial EEPROM with a wide operating voltage range.
Organized as 512-word x 16bit, the high speed device features a standby current consumption of 2?A max. VCC = 5.5V), and operating current consumption of 0.8mA max. (VCC = 5.5V) and 0.4mA max. (VCC = 2.5 V).
Capable of sequential read, the EEPROM also has a write disable function when power supply voltage is low. Data retention is 10 years (after rewriting 106 cycles/word at 85C).
Packaging options include SNT-8A, 8-pin SOP and 8-pin TSSOP. |
