Demodulator IC with up to 100MHz operating frequency

New Japan Radio Co. Ltd (NJR) unveiled an FM IF demodulator IC with 450kHz (standard) IF input.

With an operating voltage of 1.8V to 9V, the NJM2551 includes an oscillator, mixer, limiting amplifier and FM/AM detectors. It has an operating frequency of up to 100MHz (reference value), utilizes the Bipolar technology, and is housed in a SSOP20 package.
