IGBT power module range extended to include six-pack, CBI configurations

IXYS Semiconductor has extended its portfolio of IGBT modules with the MWI 30/50-12E6K and MWI60-12T6K in sixpack and Converter Brake Inverter (CBI) configurations. These devices are offered in low loss npt, NPT3 and trench technology. Also available are 1,200V sixpack IGBT modules, designated MWI15/MWI60, with current capabilities varying from 19A to 58A at 25°C.

In addition, the CBI IGBT modules are now offered in a 600V version, designated MUBW10/MUBW35, with a current rating of 12A to 42A at 25°C as well as in a 1,200V version, designated MUBW15/MUBW30, with a current rating of 19A to 30A at 25°C.

Typical applications are AC drives, UPS, AC servo and robot drives. All modules are UL approved and available from stock.
