Spectrum Control adds more value to EMI filter plate line

Spectrum Control Inc. announced that they have increased the scope of custom designs and value-added services for its EMI filter plate line. These filter plates incorporate a variety of capacitive and inductive filter elements for RF isolation from 5MHz to 1GHz and are designed for cost-sensitive, high-volume, industrial applications.

The company's value-added capabilities include custom filter plate assemblies with varying cable lengths and impedances; EMC evaluations and recommendations; and EMI filter solutions integrated with other components for enhanced system functionality. Additional customization includes low-cost filtered headers to replace unfiltered connectors on PC boards; flat conductor cables in various lengths; various conductor counts and terminations; and Spectrum Control's filter plate lead stabilizer bar which protects leads and capacitive elements during installation.

Spectrum Control designs, manufactures and markets a broad line of EMI/RFI filters and power components, microwave components and power management systems.
