NJR rolls new motor pre-driver IC

New Japan Radio's latest 2-phase DC brushless motor pre-driver IC includes lock detect/auto release, totem-pole pre-drivers for external power MOSFET, and supply chopping control circuit (PWM_IN / PWM_OUT).

With an operating voltage between 4V and 14V and an absolute maximum voltage of 15V, the NJM2643 pre-driver IC has two built-in comparator for the over current detection.

The NJM2643 is available in an SSOP16 package.
