Voltage reference IC with 15ppm/°C temperature coefficient

The NJM2823 from New Japan Radio Co. Ltd (NJR) is a precision and low quiescent current shunt voltage reference IC.

With a precision reference voltage of 1,136mV ±0.4 percent, this chip features a 15ppm/°C (typ) temperature coefficient and 60?A (max) quiescent current. Requiring no output capacitor, this device is designed for data converters, instrumentation, and other applications where precision reference is required.
