New high capacity SRAM3D Plus introduces a commercial-off-the-shelf high capacity SRAM. The MMSR32510804STC is a high-performance highly integrated Static RAM organized as 512k x 32. It is made of four memories (512k x 8 each) accessed with independent write enable.

Easy to use, the module is designed for high reliability, high performance and high density system applications. It provides excellent radiation performance: TID >200 krads, SEU less than 10 ex-9 upset / bit-day, Latch-up immune up to 80 LET MeV-cm sq/mg.

Main Features and benefits of the memory module include fast access time of 17ns, 32-bit wide organization, power supply of 2.5V, I/O supply voltage of 3.3V, low power consumption, fully static operation, 84-lead SOP (pitch of 0.5mm), and four banks selection with specific Write Enable. The memory is available in commercial, industrial or military temperature range.
