Panel makers in South Korea are lowering the prices of their 37-inch and 40-inch LCD TV panels to bolster the segments' standings in the local LCD TV market. According to Taiwan-based TFT-LCD makers, the 37-inch and 40- inch LCD TV panels will replace the 32-inch LCD TV segment by the fourth quarter of this year.
