Logic analyzer adapter helps debug MPC5554 processors

Ironwood Electronics has introduced a new logic analyzer adapter that speeds up debugging of Freescale's MPC5554 processor.

The new PB-BGA-MPC5554-S-01 logic analyzer adapter allows high-speed operation of Freescale MPC5554 systems while using a logic analyzer. Promising to deliver the shortest possible trace length for maximum speed, this product features low inductance and low capacitance. It also includes gold-plated pins for the probe headers.

The PB-BGA-MPC5554-S-01 adapter is designed to interface with MPC554 processors packaged in 1mm pitch BGAs. This device is priced at $785 in quantities of 1 to 10. Delivery is five days.
