LitePoint Corp. announced its MATLAB API software package which provides a MATLAB compatible interface to the same analysis and command resources found in the standard LitePoint IQview "C" API. Seamless integration into the user environment is achieved with support for both MATLAB v6.5/r13 and MATLAB v7/r14, saving both integration time and cost.

This new software tool promises to simplify the advanced IC and WLAN product developers by providing a unified programming environment. The package also supports all IQview test instrument applications, including 802.11a/b/g including bonded channel architectures and Bluetooth v1.1, 1.2 and 2.0 with EDR when used with the optional LitePoint Bluetooth software package.

IQview users can now enjoy the flexibility of selecting either MATLAB or "C" programming environments with the addition of the MATLAB API software package to optimize deliverables for the development lab as well as the manufacturing floor.

The MATLAB API software package is already available, with single user license priced at $5,995. This includes 1 year product updates.
