Non-volatile SRAMs debut in 1Mb and 4Mb densities

ZMD AG has expanded its non-volatile memory portfolio with the 1Mb nvSRAM (UL634H1708A) and 4Mb it nvSRAM (UL634H1732A) product families.

The devices are functionally compatible with the previously established generations of nvSRAM. The nvSRAM products, which are manufactured using 0.18?m process technology, are designed to allow quick in-system configuration.

The UL634H1732A nvSRAM is organized as 32-bits, and supports eight autonomous boot sectors. The new nvSRAM products are suitable for applications that require a high level of data safety.

In 1,000-piece quantities, the devices cost $6.50 each.
