New Japan Radio's NJG1122 device is a dual band LNA IC designed for W-CDMA cellphones of 2.1GHz and 800MHz band. This new product has a LNA pass-through function to select high gain mode or low gain mode.
Housed in a FFP12-B4 package that measures 2-by-2-by-0.65mm, the NJG1122 features a voltage operation of 2.7V (typ), control voltage of 1.85V, and operating current of 2.4mA (typ) at 800MHz band High Gain mode, 2mA (typ) at 2.1GHz band High Gain mode and 4uA (typ) at 800M/2.1G band Low Gain mode.
