Keywords:NJU7382? driver IC? New Japan Radio? njr?

The NJU7382 dual H-bridge driver IC from New Japan Radio Co. Ltd is designed for low voltage small stepper motor applications. It consists of a pair of low consumption CMOS H-bridge drivers protected by thermal shutdown circuit. This device also features a general-purpose comparator suitable for detection from photo reflector as rotor position sensor or current limitation.

With an operating voltage range between 2V to 5.5V, the NJU7382 features motor output currents of 200mA (continuous) and 400mA(peak); one signal input control (F/R); and thermal shutdown circuit.

Target applications include mobile or portable applications using micro stepper motors.

The NJU7382 IC is housed in a FFP16-C1 (2.5-by-2.5-by-0.85mm).
