TT electronics BI Technologies has introduced its RoHS-compliant D Series of signal diode arrays in single inline packages (SIPs) to save space on PCBs.

Available in multiple configurations and five different circuit types, including bussed, isolated and series, the D Series diode arrays feature 4 to 14 pin counts. These conformal-coated devices provide a reverse voltage of 80V and a forward current of 100mA. The series also offers a reverse recovery time of 4ns and the package power is rated at 200mW.

Common anode and common cathode networks as well as custom arrays are available on request.

"The variety of circuit configurations, along with the space saving SIP package, make these arrays ideal for circuits on densely packed PCB that require ESD protection, overvoltage protection and line termination protection," said Mike Torres, product manager for BI Technologies Electronic Components Division.

Typical pricing for the single diode arrays starts at 35 cents to 40 cents. Delivery is from stock to seven weeks. Samples are available immediately.
