Touting high EMC immunity and low cost, Power-One's PLP75-1012G AC/DC supply, in five single-output models providing 75W at 3.3V to 48V, provides the front-end power for point-of load converters and the auxiliary functions of telecom/datacom and industrial equipment.

The supplies meet FCC and CISPR 22 standards for conducted EMI and EN 61000 standards for ESD, RF susceptibility, fast transient/burst, surge, RF immunity, magnetic fields, and voltage interruptions.

These universal-input supplies deliver full rated output with just 5cfm forced-air cooling, or 65W with convection cooling. The supplies, measuring 3-by-5 inches, and 1.38 inches high for 1U service, reduce airflow shadowing and thus increase cooling for downstream devices.

Other features include a line/load (total) regulation of 2 percent, ripple and noise of 1 percent p-p, typical power-factor correction of 0.99 and 80 percent efficiency.

Pricing for the PLP75-1012G is $45 each in quantities of 250. Samples are usually available from stock. Production quantities are typically available in eight to twelve weeks.
