Mitsumi unveils its latest battery protection ICs

The new high precision overcharge and over-discharge protection IC from Mitsumi features a built-in LDO for microcomputer and fuel gauge power.

With a low current consumption of 0.1?A (max) at standby, the MM3112, MM3113 and MM3114 Li-ion rechargeable battery protection ICs have an overcharge detection voltage of 4.35V 25mV (0 to 50C), over discharge detection voltage of 2.3V 80mV, and regulator output voltage of 3.3V 79mV (load current 20mA max).

Housed in a VSOP-10Apackage, the new chips feature an external dimension of 2.9-by-4-by-1.3mm (including terminals).
