Central Semiconductor Corp. has released the CMMSH1 series of 1A Schottky rectifiers in a flat lead SOD-123F surface-mount package. This package uses 49 percent less board space than a SMA case, and offers a 57 percent lower profile.

The CMMSH1 series devices offer peak repetitive reverse voltages of 20V (CMMSH1-20), 40V (CMMSH1-40), 60V (CMMSH1-60) and 100V (CMMSH1-100). These Schottky rectifiers may be used in a variety of commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer and automotive applications that require an energy efficient and small surface-mount device.

The CMMSH1 series is available in bulk packaging or on 7-inch tape-and-reel packaging (3,000 units). Prices start at 12 cents each for 3,000 pieces on a 7-inch reel. Sample devices are available on request.
