RoHS-compliant CompactFlash cards operate in industrial temp range

Targeted at applications that require industrial-grade reliability, WinSystems' RoHS-compatible CompactFlash cards are fully functional in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C.

The RoHS-compliant CompactFlash cards are available in the following densities—128Mbytes, 256Mbytes, 512Mbytes, 1Gbyte and 2Gbytes—and will work with single-board computers or computer systems with a CompactFlash socket. They are also suitable for applications that need IDE hard disk drive emulation for program and data storage.

"CompactFlash cards are a part of WinSystems' ongoing program to meet the RoHS directive."

The RoHS-compatible CompactFlash cards are True IDE Mode and ATA-3 compliant, making them compatible with different operating systems such as Linux, Windows CE and Windows XP Embedded and ROM-DOS without a special driver.

Delivery is from stock to four weeks. The CFLASH-G-128M-I, a 128Mbyte product, is priced at $45 each.
