CIT Relay & Switch offers its low-cost J115 series relay in three versions: PC termination, combination PC and quick connect (QC) for contacts, and panel-mount style QC for both coil and contacts.

The lightweight J115 series exceeds industry UL standards with 40A contacts, 2hp, and Class F insulation. Class F coils are UL system approved for a maximum coil temperature of 140C. All versions are available with contact arrangements of SPST N.O, SPST N.C., or SPDT.

The J115 series offers dielectric strength coil to contact of 400Vrms. All three styles offer heavy contact load, strong shock and vibration resistance. They are also available in a variety of coil voltages ranging from 3Vac to 110Vdc and 12Vac to 277Vac.

The J115 series relays are immersion cleanable with a cover. Other options include low profile and no cover versions. Standard environmentally friendly (no cadmium) contacts are AgSnO2. AgSnO2In2O3 is available as an option for high in-rush current applications.

Key applications include computer and computer peripherals, telecommunications, security, test equipment, instrumentation, RV, medical applications, air conditioners, automotive, heating and ventilation, home appliance, motor control, and other industrial applications.

Volume pricing starts at 89 cents depending coil and contact configuration. Delivery is four to six weeks.
