Walter Electronic's FCP and TCP series micro fuses

Launched in 2006, the FCP and TCP series of pigtail-type micro fuses from Walter Electronic Co. Ltd have dimensions of 3(?)-by-7.3mm and are claimed to be the industry's smallest. Both series are made of plastic and tinned copper wire. Rated current is 160mA to 6.3A, the maximum operating temperature is 75C, and breaking capacity, 50A, 12V. The time-lag TCP and the fast-acting FCP series are both UL-recognized.

The minimum order is set at 50,000 units priced at $2,000 per shipment per month.

Walter Electronic is demonstrating its FCP and TCP series micro fuses at the China Sourcing Fair: Electronics & Components, which will run until October 14 at Hong Kong's AsiaWorld-Expo.
