DiBcom is sampling two receivers for mobile TV applicationsthe DIB908x-H and DIB1908x-H.

The DIB908x-H is a receiver that supports only DVB-H, the dominant specification for bringing broadcast services to battery-powered handheld receivers. The DIB908x-H integrates a demodulator, a second generation multiband RF tuner, an LNA and all filters in half the size of its predecessor.

The DIB1908x-H is a multimode, multiband receiver capable of demodulating DVB-T, DVB-H, T-DMB, DAB, DAB-IP and Enhanced-mode-DAB signals in VHF, UHF and L-band frequency bands.

The DIB908x-H and DIB1908x-H are pin-compatible, offering manufacturers the possibility of reusing the same phone-based design to produce multistandard mobile TV phones for countries that support other standards in addition to DVB-H.

The DIB908x-H samples are available today, while samples of the DIB1908x-H will be available Q2 2007.
