The joint program on HeJian 0.18?m MPW Service will officially be established at Beijing IC Design Park in China. HeJian, based in Suzhou Industrial Park, has developed a range of process technologies that apply to 8inch wafers to meet customers' needs with highest wafer yields and shortest cycle times.

The 0.18?m MPW service aims at promote advanced technologies to local customers. HeJian's 0.18?m platform supports rich silicon process technology and comprehensive IP and free library, providing the optimal combination of density, speed and power to serve the range of computing, communications and consumer electronic applications. HeJian's 0.18?m foundry service includes front-end design, mask, prototyping services and assembly test that are all dedicated to provide customers with promising yield, quality delivery and cost control.

Beijing IC Design Park was established in 2002. It has been designated by the Ministry of Technology as the industry base for state IC chip design. The base has been formulating a complete technology support system based on the EDA technology platform with the cooperation of professional institutions. During this process, it acts as an incubator for start-up companies and a promoter for large companies. Now, over 70 IC design and software enterprises are located in Beijing IC Design Park, including both domestic startups and multinational IC giants.

HeJian has a wafer fabrication facility in Suzhou, China, with a 200mm with a monthly capacity of up to 60,000 wafers.
